As far as blogging again, I was perfectly fine not posting, but it was brought to my attention that there are those who might benefit through hearing what we've experienced within the realms of modern healthcare. My hope is to encourage prevention through a clean diet and a more natural approach if treatment is necessary.
Your story is the perfect example of what happens when we eat right and exercise. Thank you for sharing that! :)magnoliasnteahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08517995125207145961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8332471591254149295.post-38664329285160885382019-06-21T19:30:37.636-04:002019-06-21T19:30:37.636-04:00Didn't realize you were blogging again Toni. ...Didn't realize you were blogging again Toni. That's wonderful! That Carolina wren knows a good thing we she sees it! Looks like summer is in full throttle down your way, we are still waiting for it up here. Oh yes, much can be done to reverse a lot of health problems. I thought I would be diabetic by now because everyone in my family was when they got older, but through an almost vegan diet and walking three miles every day, I've kept that illness away. Ditto for cholesterol. Lovely to read a post from you again!

Hugs
JaneJanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01851312702044308420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8332471591254149295.post-22886041818937783032019-06-17T08:38:43.094-04:002019-06-17T08:38:43.094-04:00Hi Lee! I think good spots are at a premium, and it may be my own fault for supplying them with fresh water and food. We leave a light on all night that attracts moths, etc. Every morning there's feast near the light for them. :)magnoliasnteahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08517995125207145961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8332471591254149295.post-40450724853221997892019-06-17T08:26:38.481-04:002019-06-17T08:26:38.481-04:00Oh Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear you lost you...Oh Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear you lost your sister. Misdiagnosis is confusing and leaves the patient feeling helpless. Sometimes doctors do make assumptions and miss the diagnosis, and that's exactly why we need to have a backup/side plan. Doctors are most often very good at diagnosis so we can confidently form a treatment plan from that basis if needed. I'm not against a good doctor at all. In a decorative wreath no less! Good thing you will wait until the babies fly away to discard it. :-)
Hearing about those doctors and the drugs they recommed depending on the % they get back instead of thinking of the patient wellness gets on my nerves. Thankfully, taking a look at your garden (either flower or vegetables) is always delightful and pleasant, so thank you very much for sharing the pictures with us!
Take care and enjoy the rainy weather, those tomatoes will be ready to harvest soon. :-)Alhanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02544336735869368358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8332471591254149295.post-60806071970126073112019-06-14T10:19:50.699-04:002019-06-14T10:19:50.699-04:00Thank you so much for coming back. My sister had complained for many years that there was "something not right" and the docs put it off to her husband's death, depression, etc. My sister would never take meds. In 2006 they found a massive Grade IV brain tumor, way too late to do anything about. After her death in 2007, my sisters and I have been aggressive about our medical treatment. I appreciate so much you telling us about Goodman's experience. Many times it has happened to our family as well, and we have had to be very staunch in our medical care in heart disease, diabetes and Parkinson's. Your hydrangeas are gorgeous!!! My roses did a special dance after all the rain this year. Blessings to you both and please, please, please keep posting.
