What do we do when it's too cold to go anywhere? Crochet a decadent tea cosy. Goodman says the teapot has a big hair-do now. It's big, pouf-y and much ado; a very cool pattern. You can find the free pattern, Scalloped Tea Cosy here. I was curious about the number of trebles in this pattern so I did the math. 1,728 trebles.Hope you're nice and cosy, too.

I made one of these a few months ago for a lady - I was surprised at how easy it was once I got going! It looks so complicated, but once you see it taking shape, it goes much easier than I would have thought to begin with. I just love this cozy!
