Chickens & Dishcloths

One of my favorite things is watching chickens pecking around the barnyard. These, however, are hanging around my kitchen. The picture is a cross stitch done by my youngest daughter.
Patchwork quilts on a fence with chickens scratching in the grass below is perfectly country. The wonderful stitching took a long time to complete, and I am very pleased to have it.
Another thing I really like is knitting dishcloths. I joined one of the most fun groups on Yahoo that I have ever been a member of, Monthly Dishcloths KAL.
It's a knitting group that has two dishcloth knit-a-longs per month. The patterns are free! They are very nice folks, too.
